In most cases, setting up an appointment for the assessor to visit your property in person is the most effective way to communicate concerns about your property valuation.. If you are unable to meet with the assessor during the available appointment slots, please contact our office and we'll set up an alternative day and time that works for your schedule.

If your concerns about a property's valuation are more general in nature, or can be shared with photographs or statistical analysis, appointments are available to meet with the Assessor in our office on Tuesday afternoons, between 1:30 and 4:30. Online appointment are also available on Tuesday (1:30-4:30) and Friday (12:30-5:30) afternoons.

Appointments are usually conducted in person and availability is subject to change. We will make every effort to contact you if the Assessor is unable to keep her appointment schedule. Please do bear with us if appointments are full on the day you select, as appointments may need to be pushed back slightly to accommodate travel time. Thank you for your patience!
